The role:

Reporting into the relevant 2nd line Team lead within IT Operations in the Boohoo Technology Group, the 1st line Analyst will work on-site along the team to provide support for internal users within the Boohoo Group by way of escalation of incidents and support requests using the Boohoo Group Standard IT Service Management Tool.

Successful candidates will also act as Technical Subject Matter Experts for IT Service Management, representing Support on technical calls with both internal and external partners.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and software, using standard business and administrative packages.
  • Provide 1st line Deskside support for all Boohoo based user communities across Head office and Warehouse sites
  • To be responsible for an area of technical expertise
  • Install, assemble and configure computers, monitors, network infrastructure and peripheral such as printers, scanners and related hardware as required for new installation and office reconfiguration
  • Act as a technical resource to assist the business users
  • Make hardware and software acquisition recommendations
  • Maintain current knowledge of hardware, software, and network technologies

What skills and experience do I need?

  • Active Directory (AD Manager Plus)
  • Windows 10 & Office 2016 and above
  • Both Mac and Windows devices experience
  • Office 365
  • Network Patching
  • Experience with SCCM
  • Wireless Technology – Mobile devices
  • Manage Engine Service Desk or anything similar
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Good to have working knowledge in Logistics, supply chain and Ecommerce business.
