Debenhams is looking for a CRM Assistant to join the digital marketing team. You will support the day to day activities of CRM across multiple brands, get exposure to CRM projects and use automation and triggered emails to increase our customers’ life time value. As CRM Assistant your responsibilities will include ownership and execution of customer emails, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the business from a brand and commercial perspective.

What you'll be doing
- Set up email marketing campaigns within our top tier ESP platform
- Coordinating the Brand, Merchandising, Content and Creative teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely
- Execute CRM campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Use automation, lifecycle and behavioural trigger programs, and work closely with multiple teams to bring those projects to life
- Working across some of the great brands from the Boohoo group

More about you
- Experience in using a CRM/Email provider platform
- A creative, analytical, and commercially driven individual
- Relevant skills in digital marketing learnt from a degree/ other qualification or experience gained from a similar role and environment
- Highly organised and process driven
- Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work who excels in challenging environments
- Actively keeps up to date, researching and reporting on new trends and industry best practice
- Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives
