We’re looking for a passionate and driven Showroom and Influencer Assistant to join our Miami team!

What you'll be doing

  • Answering all calls and directing to the relevant team members
  • Manage the Miami email mailbox
  • Manage the Influencer appointment calendar
  • Hosting showroom appointments with Influencers and supporting the Influencer team with daily appointments
  • Manage the incoming post, sorting and distributing to the relevant team members
  • Organising food and refreshments for meetings and showroom overall
  • Assisting in arrangements for meetings, catering and transport when required
  • Making sure the reception area, showroom and meeting rooms are clean and tidy
  • Merchandising the showroom with new stock intake
  • Dealing with couriers and helping receive delivery packages
  • Arranging all invoicing for Miami based courier/delivery services
  • Logging all team credit card purchases
  • Be a support for the Creative team when they are shooting in Miami (booking travel, arranging refreshments, ensuring studio is kept tidy, welcoming models into the office)
  • Assisting on events and helping to manage guestlists
  • Working with the team on sending out campaign mailers
  • Ensuring all back storage is kept neat and tidy

  • Computer literate
  • Previous PA experience
