What’s the best thing about working for us?
Seeing the projects I’ve worked on in production, especially when we hear about things being successful, such as gift cards.

What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?
I manage the progress of various different projects (highlighting risks, monitoring development, planning for launches etc.) and ensure things that are across various different teams are moving along nicely.
How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?
I started as a Business Analyst working on the PLT checkout team and became Project Manager after about 18 months. PLT have supported me as I do my project management qualifications, as well as transitioning between the roles.
What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?
Seeing our new Customer Relationship Management platform go live, it was a huge piece of work that took months and involved numerous different teams and departments.
What makes someone successful here?
Get involved, work hard and learn as much as you possibly can.
