Why did you apply to work for us?
I was at a point in my career where I was seeking a new challenge. I was interviewing for a few different companies but quite early on I knew I wanted to be part of a new venture and the new boohoo site opening in Leicester was the perfect opportunity. I knew there would be challenges and complexities along the way especially given the dynamic workforce needed. With my extensive HR knowledge, I knew I would be able to add value.
