Why did you apply to work for us?
I have been passionate about fashion for as long as I can remember and wanted to apply my skills from my previous positions to the industry.
What’s the best thing about working for us?
The best part of working at Misspap and for the boohoo group overall are the people. Collaboration and great work ethics are very important to me in achieving my goals and the people here have that. The Misspap team is passionate, we motivate one another, create together and celebrate fashion and womanhood.
How would you describe the culture?
Welcoming, cultivating, agile and rewarding.
What do you get up to in your role?
I manage paid media campaigns at Misspap – such as the Instagram or Google Shopping ads you’d see online. Internally I work closely with brand and production teams to discuss trends. Externally, I communicate with Google and Facebook about developments in the digital marketing space and together we launch unique campaigns to grow awareness and generate conversions.
How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?
Prior to joining Misspap, I was working in agencies. This meant that I handled digital marketing for several brands. It is quite different now at Misspap, because not only do I apply what expertise I honed while at the agency here, but I have also added an array of new skills. Here I am able to apply those skills and continue to grow in doing what I can better relate to which has been super rewarding.
What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?
Since arriving at Misspap, I have grown the scope of my skillsets and expanded on what existing expertise I had from my previous position. I work under an incredible manager and alongside a bunch of amazing individuals who continue to push me to the next level.

Being driven, open-minded and a team player.
What do you think makes us unique as an employer?
As a group boohoo has cultivated a collaborative culture across the entire network. I’m not only part of Misspap’s marketing team but boohoo group’s marketing team, I can reach out to anyone in the group for help and everyone is willing to work together. Relationships across the various brands are very strong.
