The Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our dynamic and collaborative team. As an Automation Tester, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality of our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall test strategy.


  • Act as the automation point of contact for the current tribe, liaising between stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams by participating in standups, backlog refinement (BLR), sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Design and develop robust automation test cases from manual workflows to be used in regression, smoke, or defect tracking.
  • Maintain and enhance the current automation framework.
  • Identify and implement new automation solutions to optimize current test cases.
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of the automation scripts through regular reviews and updates.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in automation testing.
  • Proficiency in using a Page Object Model (POM) framework and coding in Java.
  • Experience in building automation test cases for both web and mobile applications using Selenium and Appium.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse, Git, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms like BrowserStack and LambdaTest.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to create new automation scripts from manual test cases.
