Our way of working
Our vision is to provide support that meets the ever-changing needs of the boohoo family. It’s important work and an even bigger responsibility as we impact people’s working lives. We support 27 buildings globally (and counting). That’s 2,100 team members every day, not forgetting around 400 visitors, too! An ambitious atmosphere fuels all we do, so we evolve with the business and our people. We go the extra mile with our customer-focused service to make sure we offer the best solutions. We pride ourselves on being a ‘silent service’ because people aren’t always aware of our work – but we all benefit as our working day runs effortlessly!
Boring workdays aren’t something we’re familiar with! We’re always looking for opportunities to innovate, create efficiencies and provide value for money. We embrace the pace and the variety and enjoy the journey we’re all on together. From facilities managers and operatives to construction project managers and team members in security, catering and admin, we’re listeners and enablers, ready to act and give our brands and people what they need.

How we make an impact
You’ll find us based in Manchester and London, but we offer global support moving around our huge estate, understanding challenges and finding solutions for everyone in our offices, photo studios, manufacturing sites, press showrooms and more. From extensions to fit-outs and supporting our tech partners to roll out new visitor control platforms, our focus is on operating efficiently so our teams have comfortable, secure and unrivalled environments to work in.
