We’re the Corporate Affairs and Internal Comms team. We have a reputation for ‘delivering disruptive’ (think unexpected initiatives and driving a positive news agenda). What we do is all about promoting and protecting the business, working with global media and international stakeholders across all functions for all our brands. It’s busy and varied work, and that’s just how we like it.

Our way of working
Our small but mighty team promote the Group’s actions, from producing our ground breaking Economic Report to hosting visits with our suppliers, keeping our teams in the know and championing the work we’re doing externally. We bring an informal flair and an undeniable appetite for success to all we do; we love challenging the status quo and getting to reflect each brand’s personality. We all play a part in not just delivering strategy but developing it too. By showcasing what the Group’s up to, we can change the way people think about our business, of course, bring the boohoo family closer together!
Day-to-day, we’re easy-going and collaborative. There are lots of laughs and lots of ambition – we support each other and thrive on the pace! We enjoy hybrid working and an informal atmosphere where we learn from each other every day.

Our way of thinking
Our vision revolves around making sure people understand and trust the Group so that we earn credit where it’s due, and we believe in encouraging and driving pride amongst our colleagues. Other teams know that when it comes to Corporate Affairs, they can actively seek our advice, guidance, and - if they need it - our approval. We’re always there to support them, and we’re experts at thinking on our feet, adapting and delivering what they need.
