It’s safe to say that Marketing, Buying and Merchandising, Commercial Finance, Operations and Customer Services would be lost without us! Whatever they need to know, we're ready before they need to know it. Unlike other eCommerce giants, we work to of-the-moment real-time reporting, keeping the business up to date on all the brands’ commercial performance every single day. We’re constantly pushing boundaries and enabling data-driven decisions by making use of Google Cloud as the powerhouse of data we need for insight.
All this keeps us on the road to repeated success, so our journey has a clear destination: we want to enable more automated data-driven decisions through Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Having data, analytics and insights at each stage of the customer journey keeps customers happy and drives more profitable outcomes for the Group. It’s all about making fact-based decisions, which is why we’re well and truly involved in commercial conversations.
