Your first step in joining the boohoo family is to complete your online application form. We’ll ask for contact details so we can get in touch, and you may be asked for your CV or portfolio, depending on which role you’ve chosen
Great news, you’ve been shortlisted! Our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch to find out more about you, tell you more about the role and all the great things we offer. They’ll organise all your interviews and feedback. Think of them as your go-to contact for anything and everything. No question is too small.
Our interview and assessment processes are carefully tailored to each role – as you can guess, this means they can be pretty varied! Usually, they’re made up of a Teams video interview then an office interview – so you can check out your new work home and meet your future team. Some roles also ask for a presentation, task or test so we can assess your skills and so you can experience what you’ll be doing day-to-day. Got questions? These details help make sure our systems are set up for your first day, including your equipment and all-important payroll.
