Who we are
With multiple brands, the Group needs a fantastic team of people to support their growth and development. That’s where we come in. We cover Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Facilities, PR, Internal Comms, Tech, People, Responsible Sourcing & Product Operations, Wholesale, and Procurement. As you can guess, there’s a lot of us. 600 and counting – we’re growing fast.
You’ll find us everywhere and anywhere with offices across the UK and abroad. There are several lively offices in central Manchester, two offices in London, Burnley and Sheffield. Globally, we’re in Turkey, Italy, France, the US, and China. Our global reach keeps getting bigger, so more sites open wherever we’re needed.

Our way of working
As we continue to acquire new brands and grow, so do our ambitions. Expanding globally means keeping our finger on the pulse of our departments and our people’s needs. It’s a big deal, overhauling our supply chain, opening our manufacturing centre of excellence and committing to exceeding targets across the responsible sourcing, ethical trading and sustainability agenda.
Our People Team have been investing in the Group so that everyone can enjoy their working lives, knowing they’ll be rewarded, supported and developed. Tech has grown massively, onboarding new brands, building websites and apps, and setting up new distribution centres. Marketing has secured some huge celebrity collaborations impacting our global reach and brand awareness. Brand acquisitions wouldn’t be possible without the People team, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, Tech, E-commerce – everyone pulls together to get brands up and trading.
