Why did you apply to work for us?
I was ready for a new challenge. I knew a few people who were already working here and it sounded like a good place to work.
What’s the best thing about working for us?
For me personally I find that the flexibility of being able to work from home has really improved my productivity as well as my mental health.

What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?
Since joining Change Management I am a lot more involved with the data side of CS, being able to locate and investigate issues also contribute to customer service improvements.
How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?
I started as a customer service adviser back in 2015 and moved over to Change Management in October 2019.
What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?
Winning employee of the month in September 2018 and being successful in applying to join the Change Management Team.
What makes someone successful here?
Having a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
