• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I had friends who already worked for the Group; I knew boohoo was an exciting, ever-growing business and this made the job seem like a great opportunity.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  No two days are the same; I like the fast-paced environment. Everyone I work with is so friendly and the team spirit is motivating!

• How would you describe the culture?

  One big, hardworking family.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  I work closely with different teams across all 13 brands. I have day to day contact with new and existing suppliers with opportunities to visit them overseas and in the UK. I source new, strategic suppliers and introducing them to brands to plug gaps and help them to grow.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I started as Sourcing & Compliance Admin assistant in 2019, in early 2021 I was promoted to Sourcing Coordinator. My role has the opportunity to further my skills and progress into a management role.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Being promoted after working for the Group for just under two years, working in a growing department with lots of exciting opportunities.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Hard work, determination, confidence and dedication.
