  • Why did you apply to work for us?

    boohoo was recommended to me by my friend who was already working in the business. I went into the Assessment Centre for the Team Manager role. People were friendly during the interview process and everything was presented in a good way. The main reason why I decided to accept a job offer was the fact that boohoo is still a growing business and there will be plenty of opportunities to develop, expand my skills and progress within the business.

  • What’s the best thing about working for us?

    People who work at boohoo are the best thing this business has. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I feel like I am not just coming to do my day-to-day job here. The working environment is also great.

  • How would you describe the culture?

    In general, the culture is very good. People are happy and kind. I feel like all the issues I have faced were dealt with accordingly. I feel like I am supported in what I am doing, and I can always count on the people around me when I have any issues.

  • What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

    Putting a bit of structure into the Pick department and setting up clear expectations for all the colleagues. Now my team know what they have to do on a day-to-day basis to make our business more successful.
