• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I joined a long time ago, but I wanted a new challenge and boohoo was a fast growing business. It still is.

• How would you describe the culture?

  Fast-paced

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  Working in a Group role offers me the chance to work with lots of different people and have involvement in a variety of projects.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I came in as a manager and worked my way up to a head of department role in the boohoo Marketing team. Then recently, I had the opportunity to move into the Corporate Affairs team to work across the Group.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Being part of the small team who originally establish the boohoo brand across the UK and international markets.

• What makes someone successful here?

  It's not for everyone, you have to be pretty tenacious and hard working, there are no quiet days here. But if you work hard and you’re a team player you can really succeed.
