  • Why did you apply to work for us?

    I firmly believe in taking a collaborative approach to each project so when I saw a position within boohoo to join the Facilities team I knew I had to apply. I witnessed the Facilities team first hand and behind-the-scenes at my initial interview and it really inspired me. I love working with a team to achieve a common goal, and I know my background in management had prepared me for this role. I look forward to becoming a valued contributor to this phenomenal team.

  • What’s the best thing about working for us?

    I might be a little biased, but as a boohoo employee, I believe boohoo is the best online fashion company out there. With boohoo, our entire Facilities team has a central source of truth so they know exactly who’s doing what by when. We can track all of our tasks and stay aligned on our team goals, by utilising an agile work-based programme. This has been especially important recently, since it’s enabled our team to manage shifting priorities and take any new challenges in our stride.

  • What do you get up to in your role?

    Every day is different, no two days are the same, and each day brings different challenges to overcome, which in turn brings success. In other previous roles I have held, there can be a tendency for monotony to set in rather quickly.

  • How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

    I have had the opportunity to advance my role since joining the Facilities team, to the point where I have been asked to review and implement boohoo processes and procedures at our Soho based Headquarters in London that mirror our overall success.

  • What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

    Engaging and developing my role within Facilities and having the opportunity to progress with an internal move to ensure further success at boohooMAN.

  • What makes someone successful here?

    Drive and support - to have the determination to work harder than most and make sure things get done. To pride yourself on seeing things getting completed and to take charge when necessary. To drive yourself with purpose and align yourself with knowing there is support to achieve excellence.

  • What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

    The willingness to be who we are and stand out from the crowd. This is a very unique trait, because most businesses are not comfortable embracing their differences and approaching sales, based on their preferences and fashion styles. The most unique businesses in the world are the businesses who fully embrace who they are and are willing to go above and beyond to demonstrate this.
