Your Role

We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to be based at our Manchester office supporting our CFO, Group FD and Group Transformation Director.

This hands-on role is suitable for someone who is able to hit the ground running from day one, is hard working and highly organised due to the fast-paced environment.

Whilst you will have the support of the other PA's across the group, you will need to be comfortable working as an individual, in a stand alone role, building relationships across a number of other teams and acting as an extension of the CFO.

What you'll be doing

    • Assisting the CFO with inbox management – flagging important emails, responding where relevant, highlighting approvals, things that need to be actioned urgently.
    • Coordinating an extremely complex diary with Directors and Management
    • Attending Finance meetings and taking actions when required
    • Booking of UK and overseas travel – Flights, trains, cars, visa, accommodation requirements
    • Working closely with the Directors and other PA’s
    • Meeting and greeting visitors/employees at all levels of seniority
    • Processing monthly expenses and invoices on time
    • Drafting company communications
    • Primary liaison and first point of contact for the office
    • Processing business expenses and invoices (Also some personal expenses and invoices)
    • Preparation of various documents including presentations and meeting agendas
    • Researching news, articles, reports and company information
    • Liaising with third party service providers
    • Ad Hoc Projects (Available out of hours on an ad hoc basis)
    • Occasional personal support to the CFO and his family

  • At least 2 years Personal Assistant experience, ideally C Suite level
  • Pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise to achieve successful outcomes
  • Flexible with working hours
