Each of our teams is the voice of their own brand, so we utilise creative campaigns, social media and influencer outreach, PR & Comms, and events. On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Press strategy across all markets to generate positive media coverage and enhance brand awareness across our key markets UK/US/IRE. 
  • Plan and lead events, working closely with the Senior Event Executive on overall event strategy & execution. 
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure press coverage and partnerships.
  • Create press materials, including press releases, media pitches, and story angles, to effectively communicate key brand messages and campaign launches.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on media coverage and PR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider marketing & product teams to align PR initiatives with overall brand strategy and messaging.
  • Manage budgets, supplier relationships, and manage PR agency partnerships across our key markets (UK/US/IRE) 
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the PR team, providing support to foster professional growth and development.

  • Experience in a similar PR & Events role
  • Experience overseeing a PR strategy
  • Excellent communication & relationship building skills
  • Ability to act with pace
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
  • Experience managing and mentoring people
