The role

boohooMAN is looking for a Paid Media Executive to join their team. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of either PPC or Paid Social accounts, depending on your experience. This role would suit someone who has an interest in fashion and has experience in one or both channels.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads & Meta.
  • Work towards key performance indicators to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Manage accounts for various international regions.
  • Ensure that we adhere to best practice guidelines with our business objectives in mind.
  • Manage PPC spend through SA360 bid management solutions.
  • Utilise Google Editor, Bing Editor, ROIHunter, and Facebook Business Manager to operate our accounts.
  • Manage our paid media accounts in alignment with ROI targets and goals. Grow existing PPC accounts through keyword building.
  • Conduct regular keyword research and weekly negative keyword research.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign analysis.
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor and optimise our feeds through a 3rd-party solution.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan accurate stock allocations for promotional activity and day-to-day forecasted sales.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills when working within the team, with the wider team, and externally with suppliers.
  • Develop compelling and effective ad copy to A/B test.
  • Display a willingness to take Google AdWords and Blueprint exams

More about you

  • Experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong knowledge of either Google paid ads & Meta ads, with a track record of driving positive performance.
  • Knowledge of using feeds.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for digital marketing.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Experience using a bid management tool.
  • Highly numerate & strong communication skills.
