What you'll be doing

The boohooMAN team are now seeking a talented, driven Senior CRM Executive to join the team based in our Manchester office in Ancoats. Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager you will lead the CRM team in executing email marketing, push notifications and SMS campaigns. Your responsibilities will include, ownership and execution of the customer communications plan and automated lifecycle customer triggers, ensuring they always meet customer and commercial needs.


  • Manage the end-to-end process for the execution of campaigns on email, app push and SMS across 8 territories.
  • Implementation and maintenance of automated strategy.
  • Leading projects such implementing & evolving technical CRM functionalities.
  • Coordinating with the Marketing and Merchandising teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant, and timely.
  • Develop segmentation and personalisation strategies to ensure campaigns are suitably targeted to maximise channel engagement rates and conversion.
  • Creating innovative and engaging content; driving customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation. Pushing boundaries and exceeding KPIs and objectives.
  • Reviewing campaign performance and reporting on results to key stakeholders with actionable insights
  • Directly supporting the CRM team, ensuring all core responsibilities are successfully actioned, managed, and maintained across all CRM channels.
  • Monitoring channel deliverability

More about you

  • A creative, analytical, and commercially driven individual
  • Experience in email marketing and campaign management tools. (Bloomreach preferably)
  • Management experience.
  • Highly organised and process driven.
  • Experience utilising reporting dashboards (such as GA & Branch)
  • Strong communicator & leader
  • Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
  • Actively keeps up to date, researching and reporting on new trends and industry best practice.
  • Excellent command of MS Office-package
  • Team player with a can-do attitude, someone who enjoys going above and beyond to support others in the team where needed.
  • Is an ambassador for the brand.
