Karen Millen is looking for an SEO Executive to join the team. Reporting into the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns that support our search strategy and drive organic growth across our global markets.

The role of the SEO Executive includes supporting in the development of a holistic SEO strategy, conducting onsite and offsite analysis to identify issues and areas of improvement, extensive keyword research and onsite optimisation across our live markets.

On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. What you will be doing

  • Execute effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic to site
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for expansion and optimisation
  • Use search data to influence marketing campaigns and support brand objectives
  • Optimise website content using innovative SEO practises to improve non-brand visibility in the SERPs
  • Perform ongoing technical analysis by running regular crawls to identify housekeeping issues and fixing or escalating as necessary
  • Monitor speed and performance metrics that impact customer journey
  • Assist in developing content marketing activities that align with consumer search data, brand moments and social trending topics to maximise campaign performance
  • Support in amplification of search-led content across other digital channels
  • Collaborate with brand and social teams to execute a search-led strategy for key social channels like TikTok
  • Produce reports that demonstrate SEO’s impact on business metrics
  • Stay abreast of Google’s evolving algorithm and SERPs changes and test new tactics to push forward performance and attract new customers
  • Support in education of the channel to teams who play a key role in maximising growth

  • Previous experience working in an SEO role
  • Strong communicator & leadership skills
  • Experience managing a team
  • Technical SEO experience
