The Role

We are looking for a talented Paid Media Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of Karen Millen’s digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring a strong focus on Paid Search, with a proven ability to manage campaigns against ROI-driven targets.

What you will be doing?

    • Plan, execute, and optimize Paid Search campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and performance metrics.
    • Manage and optimize product feed strategies to drive efficiency and relevance across search platforms.
    • Collaborate with the team to deliver ROI-focused results while maintaining brand integrity.
    • Support on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok campaigns, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in these platforms.
    • Analyse campaign performance and produce insightful reports, providing recommendations for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in Paid Search: A strong track record of delivering results in search marketing campaigns, including Pmax Campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads or a willingness to learn and grow in these channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to learning and staying ahead of trends in digital marketing.
