  The business was up and coming at the time, so I was excited to be involved with a brand that felt full of potential.

• How would you describe the culture?

  Unique, lively, people-centric, fun, ambitious, fashionable!

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  My team and I are responsible for outgoing payments so we have to work at a fast pace every day to keep up with the business needs.

  My role also involves managing twelve team members, continuous improvement of processes and managing a large and varied supplier base amongst lots of other things!

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I started as a Clerk, then went on to Assistant Manager. In 2018 I became Manager of the department. I have completed a foundation degree in management and leadership which gave me Chartered Manager status. I am also currently studying AAT.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Doubling the team from six people to twelve to align with the growth of the business has been an ongoing proud moment! Achieving my qualifications and promotions have definitely been my biggest achievements.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Consistent hard work, bringing an ambitious and focused attitude every day.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  The investment in people as individuals, not just employees. The great parties don't hurt either!
