  • Why did you apply to work for us?

    I think one of the key reasons of choosing to work with booboo is that it’s a chance to develop myself in many different ways. Working in a such big/progressing company is a big benefit, because boohoo is non-stop progressing. There are new open roles to apply to all the time, I was sure that I will find a job which makes me happy.

  • What’s the best thing about working for us?

    I think one of the best things about working with boohoo group is its international presence, a lot of people are from different nationalities and it’s nice to work with so many interesting and different people, and to get to know them and their culture! Also, the company gives so many chances to develop yourself.

  • How would you describe the culture?

    I think in our company we have quite a connected culture, I think every employee feels accepted, valued, and has a sense of belonging.

  • What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

    I’m sure the biggest difference with other similar roles is that I’m never getting bored at my job, because every single day/hour brings you a new “adventure”. Every week, I’m meeting new peoples and that keeps my job fun.

  • How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

    I started work with boohoo around two years ago as an Operative, and since this time I did a lot of different job tasks and got a few promotions. From Operative I had a chance to work as an Induct Runner for the peak period and I think this time my managers noticed the ambitions and potential I have. After peak period I worked as a Dispatch Administrator, from where I was promoted to Step-Up Team Manager position and develop myself to Team Manager.

  • What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

    At the moment, my biggest achievement in this company is being promoted to my Team Manager role.

  • What makes someone successful here?

    The key to be successful here is to be hard-work and an open-minded person. If you have ambitions and potential, your managers will definitely notice that.
