• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I applied to work for boohoo because it’s one of my favourite online stores. I’ve always received good customer service and I wanted to be a part of that.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  The best thing about working for boohoo is that it’s very diverse and you get to work with different types of people from different background.

• How would you describe the culture?

  The culture is very diverse which allows you to gain new skills because we all work differently.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  My role is packing, and I have to make sure that the customers receive the correct items in good condition and ready to ship.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I haven’t been working here for that long, but I can see that there are a lot of development opportunities within this company, so in the future I am looking forward to being given the chance to grow personally and professionally.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  My proudest moment has been doing overtime in the busiest period (peak) and being rewarded with good overtime rates and bonus.

• What makes someone successful here?

  You can be successful by always hitting targets, having good time management, working as a team or even share your creative ideas.
