• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I’d heard great things about boohoo being people and customer centric which very much fits in with my own ethos. The growth journey and expansion of the group over recent years was an exciting experience that I wanted to be a part of. 

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  Empowerment. We all have the ability to create and influence positive change for our customers and business which is a great opportunity and challenge day-to-day. 

• How would you describe the culture?

  Family. The sense of connection and teamwork is incredible and makes for a brilliant environment to work within and be a part of. 

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  No two days are the same which gives me so much variety and engagement. As much as I have day-to-day responsibilities and accountability, I can also create my own work and opportunities. I’ve never worked anywhere that I’ve had this freedom to do great things day-to-day.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I’ve learnt so much from my peers, my direct reports from our support teams – such a wealth of knowledge and experience. My journey of becoming a better people leader never stops!

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Leading and supporting my team to deliver a greater service to our customers than ever before. 

• What makes someone successful here?

  Taking every opportunity to learn and grow is really important. We’re ever evolving so being open to change and being driven to succeed is key.
