• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  The best thing about working for boohoo is the opportunities you get offered if you are a hard-working member of staff. 

• How would you describe the culture?

  The culture is very unique and attracts talent of all backgrounds.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  I am a PUDO marshal, that means I’m not only the point of contact between the manager and the employees but I also assist the manager in running the floor.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I feel that my talents are being put to use by my managers as I have received different job opportunities and roles, e.g. Safety champion, EOL (End of Line), PUDO marshal and Induct overseer.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Being considered for the health and safety champion.

• What makes someone successful here?

  You need to have a hard work ethic and a drive to achieve your goals.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  Boohoo is a unique employer as they offer various shift patterns, e.g. 3 on – 3 off 
  (06:00 – 18:00) Sunday – Thursday (10:00 – 18:00).
