• Why did you apply to work for us?

  When leaving university and moving to Manchester the boohoo group was always a career goal – as such an ever growing and inspiring group of brands there was no doubt in my mind when I saw opportunities!

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  Definitely the atmosphere in the office and the ability to grow within each role.

• How would you describe the culture?

  There is definitely a lot of enthusiasm and passion, and everyone is sociable and friendly!

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  As we are such a small team at Misspap there is such a range of tasks and opportunities that we get every day – no day is the same. Compared to others rolls I’ve been in, I think there’s a lot more freedom to develop skill sets and experience new aspects of the role at Misspap. There are no restrictions on what our day-to-day role is, we get involved at every stage of the process from buying, designing, shooting to marketing.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I started at Misspap as an Assistant Buyer and have recently been promoted to Junior Buyer, it’s been a busy but amazing year and I’ve learnt so much along the way!

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Getting promoted is definitely one of them but I’ve really loved being involved in such amazing campaigns – both design-led and our own buying capsules. Seeing everything come together in campaign images and seeing people buy and wear our product is an amazing feeling.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Someone who is inspiring, a team player and driven with their career.

  Fast-paced, exciting, unpredictable (in a good way).
