• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  You aren’t restricted. I moved from Merchandising to Buying and was promoted through buying roles. I think PLT really gives you the opportunity to get to know your own strengths and supports you through what you want to achieve.

• How would you describe the culture?

  Friendly and exciting. Everyone refers to PLT as a big family but it really is, our team are really close.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I started as a Merchandising Admin Assistant, and moved over to Buying. From there I’ve worked my way up to Buyer. There’s so much opportunity and support at PLT for anyone who is determined and driven.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Starting in an entry level position and working my way up.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Anyone can be successful at PLT.
