• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  Every day is so varied which keeps things interesting. Typically, alongside the Design team I would be working on seasonal research through directional shopping, fabric fairs, catwalk reactions and traveling to our suppliers for sourcing to create on brand trends and product. 

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here? E.g. development opportunities, role changes?

  I have been given great opportunities to expand on my skillset by designing into new product areas for the brand.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Working on the Wallis celebrity campaign for Christine Lampard.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Being proactive and creative.
