• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I wanted to work for boohoo as it is a famous clothing brand and well-known within the manufacturing industry in Leicester. I believe working directly for boohoo will provide me with the opportunity to develop and grow professionally.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  The whole team has been really welcoming and supportive. I have enjoyed coming into work.

• How would you describe the culture?

  The culture has been really positive and we all work together and respect one another. Where we are able to we will help each other out.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  Working in a fast-paced environment with proper procedures and where management and the team care about your health and safety and wellbeing.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  Having only joined the business three weeks ago as a Packer, I have worked hard and it has not gone unnoticed. I have already been given the opportunity to broaden my skillset and train as Printer.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  My biggest achievement away from work has been earning my bachelor’s degree.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Hard work, teamwork and generally getting involved to make the new site a success.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  In the short time I have been with the company I can tell that boohoo cares about it’s employees, wants to do the right thing by us and I have not experienced that in other companies I have worked for.
