  • Why did you apply to work for us?

    Customer Service has been my passion for the entire 14 years of my career so far. I applied to work for boohoo due to the values they stand by and these mirroring my own. boohoo is filled with incredibly talented individuals, and I wanted the opportunity to bring my experience working in Customer Services to the Group. boohoo is an incredibly fast paced environment to work in, no two days are ever the same… I love it!

  • What’s the best thing about working for us?

  • How would you describe the culture?

    You’re made to feel like part of the boohoo family from day one. Everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, and supportive. I’ve never experienced such an amazing culture within a business.

  • What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

    I currently lead a team of Customer Service Advisors, helping to ensure we resolve anything from general queries to complex complaints. I’m also responsible and accountable for my team’s performance, I ensure everyone has the tools to do their job and is given 
    as much support as needed to succeed.

  • How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

    I was successfully elected as Chair of our LGBT colleague network, Prism. It’s a fantastic opportunity to launch a new network to the group and I can’t wait to get started!
    During my time so far I’ve gained more experience and exposure in the role of a Team Leader and feel I’m more confident in the role now, more than ever.

  • What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

    Becoming the Chair of our LGBT colleague network, Prism. 

  • What makes someone successful here?

    I feel having a ‘can-do’ attitude and looking at different ways to achieve success are some of the key ingredients to being successful.

  • What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

    Honestly, the culture makes the company unique. From day one you’re made to feel part of the family and you really feel your voice is heard. We’re one big boohoo family and it’s a place I can honestly see myself staying with until the day I retire.
