• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I had seen adverts on TV and thought this was the vibe I want to be around, the level of creativity inspired me.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  We are given a great level of freedom to create positive change within the business. All ideas are welcomed and you really get to see the positive impact. 

• How would you describe the culture?

  PLT is fast fashion, accelerated. But is also laid back and fun.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  The PLT talent team really cares, we are so in tune with our departments, the good and the bad, which ultimately helps with supporting employees and creates a culture of fun and wellbeing.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  PLT has allowed me to experience and get involved in things that I would never have had the opportunity to do in previous workplaces. The opportunities are endless and it’s all about what you want to get involved in.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  My proudest moment so far has been successfully opening new territories. PLT is not just UK, we have seen LA, Miami, Paris, Dubai and Australia which have each come with their own challenges to overcome.

• What makes someone successful here?

  If you want to succeed, PLT will allow that. Put in the work, change the game and you’re there.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  PLT really cares, they care about your wellbeing, they care about your development and they want to hear your ideas. PLT wouldn’t be where it is today without its employees.
