Why did you apply to work for us?
I applied for a job at boohoo because I was moving back to Manchester from London and I wanted to work for a brand that was the best in what they do. Being on top of their game with trends and fashion forward clothing.

The best thing about working for Misspap, for me, is the team I work with and the opportunities I have been able to do whilst joining the team.
How would you describe the culture?
Very fast-paced but enjoyable at the same time.
What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?
My day-to-day role can change daily depending on which collections/collaborations we are working on that week/month. An area that I have most enjoyed being part of is being involved in the influencer collaboration collections and getting to be involved in the design meetings.
How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?
I have worked for the company for just over 18 months and in that time I started off being a Buyer’s Admin Assistant (BAA) at boohoo and now have been promoted to an Assistant Buyer at Misspap. Since being part of Misspap I have had multiple opportunities to develop my skills and understanding of the buying environment from the help of the team around me.
What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?
Being promoted to Assistant Buyer and getting to work on the Tia Lineker x Misspap Collections.
What makes someone successful here?
Being ambitious and passionate about the job.
