• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I had previously worked in garment factories producing clothes for boohoo so when I saw that boohoo were opening up their own manufacturing site it felt like the perfect opportunity to get involved in.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  The amount of support and guidance that we have received.

• How would you describe the culture?

  Friendly, we are not seen as just manufacturing staff. The teams from the office and factory all work together.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  I have been working at speed packing and storing stock and getting the first orders created out to retailers.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  Management have told me that they are impressed with my work ethic and told me there are development opportunities here for me.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Being employed by boohoo.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Experience of working for many years within the garment industry.
