• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I wanted a change of scenery. The company I was working for was extremely old fashioned in terms of processes and the people they hired.

• How would you describe the culture?

  Everyone is passionate about PLT - employees are driven and go the extra mile. This company culture motivates team members to give their full selves to the job and invest in the company’s future. Individuals from all departments see value in their work and are eager to do well in their roles.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Working through one of the most difficult trading periods in our lifetime and still achieving amazing results through working hard and teamwork.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Everything is already in place for you to be successful at PLT – it’s just on you to put the hard work in.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  Outside of day-to-day job role there is so much PLT offer employees in terms of life benefits, including employee share schemes, free therapy and even weekly yoga and gym classes.
