  Inspiring, with a positive approach, where you always feel supported and part of the team.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  There are always new responsibilities and it never makes you to feel too comfortable and gives you motivation to move forward.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I’ve been with boohoo for only six months and I constantly work on being a better version of myself, what I believe will help me to improve, grow and develop in the future.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  I’m just happy to do my job and I’m very proud of my packing department where the majority of the team always go the extra mile. They are great, positive people, who come to work with a smile and are always ready for any challenge. 

• What makes someone successful here?

  Intelligence, hard work, being a team player, having a positive approach.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  boohoo it’s not only about work. Its about being part of the family. We all became friends so we can talk, joke, share our feelings combining it with our daily tasks and responsibilities.
