• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  I’ve had the chance to get involved with such a wide scope of things, ‘fingers in many pies’ so to speak – from core merch, imports/logistics, wholesale, digital trading. The experience I’ve gained has been so varied and wide.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  My biggest development so far is my growth in confidence, working with more autonomy than ever before and deputising for both merchandisers on the team. 

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Working as a team and supporting in two new launches for the brand – a new plus size department and celebrity campaign with Christine Lampard.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Being versatile and agile.
