• Why did you apply to work for us?

  Being from Manchester, PLT has always been a local dominant company that everyone admires. After seeing the PLTHQ Instagram I knew it was where I wanted to work! 

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  Definitely the people. Everyone works so hard and it really feels like we’re all in it together! Obviously there’s the bonus of PLT amazing parties and celebration days! We are always given so many treats that really make me feel appreciated.

• How would you describe the culture?

  PLT culture is infamous. 

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  In my role I take care of all things HR Admin! From making goody bags for the newbies, to saying bye to the leavers, I help out with the whole PLT lifecycle! 

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  Starting with basic admin, I now work with the wider Talent Team to keep all employees on the PLT buzz! There is so many opportunities to get involved in lots of projects. PLT are also now sponsoring me to do my CIPD qualification!

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  So far becoming a mental health first aider has been my biggest achievement. I love that I am now equipped to help someone when I need to.

• What makes someone successful here?

  To be successful at PLT you have to work hard and play hard. Being willing to get involved in anything and everything will really make you stand out in the HQ. 

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  The vibe. Everything from the office decor, the ‘be comfortable’ dress code, to the wild parties, PLT has a vibe like no other
