• Why did you apply to work for us?

  My mom started working here and I wanted to switch jobs and she suggested that I apply to work here so I did. 

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  Working with people from different cultures and getting to work as a big team.

• How would you describe the culture?

  The culture is diverse as people from around the world work here and you get to learn from them.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  I work in packing where you get to pack different clothing pieces, I also have to make sure that the items barcodes match up to the ones in the system to make sure that the clients receive the right item. Comparing it to sortation/collation it is much easier to pack due to you having to stay in one place and just scan items and bag them. However, sortation/collation is an easy job too, making sure the items go into the right locations.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  Started off with packing and got trained to do sortation/collation and there are a lot of opportunities to grow. 

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  December 2021 “overtime” – helping people stay motivated as well as myself. Making it out of one of the toughest two weeks during the Christmas period.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Sharing your creativity and ideas with people, keeping an optimistic mindset, being persistent and meeting the set targets.
