• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I saw the opportunity as a way to contribute to an exciting/forward-thinking/fast-moving business where I feel I can input my ideas to help shape the business with fresh new ideas. Hybrid working is ideal for me and business.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  I would say the people and the culture at boohoo that has been created over the years and that I can strive to be the best I can be.

• How would you describe the culture?

  Close family, fun, passionate.

• What do you get up to in your role?

  I’m in a position where I can lead the IT team in Wellingborough based on stakeholder requirements and can make changes when necessary.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  boohoo allows you to take charge of your development. Since starting, in the short term, I have been able to run the team as I see fit, such as being team lead.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Setting up the UK3 site by delivering 110 computers, printer network, users’ desk, and warehouse management system before the DC’s goes live all within five weeks of joining boohoo.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Hard work, ideations, humour.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  Flexible with how you manage your working hours. boohoo lets you run with ideas and are very big on people taking charge of projects as they are very determined on you developing your skills in the way you see fit to help the business.
