• Why did you apply to work for us?

  There were two main reasons which made me want to work for boohoo and this site specifically:

  1. boohoo is an extremely fast-growing fashion company which means that there are lots of opportunities to grow in my career.
  2. I previously worked at this site so I already knew a lot of the team, and it was definitely one of the best teams I have worked with. 
• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  The team we have working here and the new opportunities I have and the ability to improve myself.

• How would you describe the culture?

  The culture is constantly growing and changing as we are getting stronger as a team and more people are joining us.

• What do you get up to in your role? What makes it different compared with other similar roles you’ve had?

  Currently I am a Team Manager, managing the day-to-day operations and team in the Wholesale department. Working for boohoo has given me an opportunity to set up a brand-new department and support the HR Team with improving the way of managing the absence policy. I didn’t have opportunities like this in my previous roles.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I started as a Team Manager of the Pick Department and within six months I’ve been transferred to a new Wholesale Department.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Being able to prove myself as a well-rounded and competent Team Manager to my managers.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Hard work, dedication and willingness to do more.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  The amount of engagement boohoo does, such as during the Christmas period we had daily fun activities for the staff to enjoy.
