• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I was excited at the prospect of joining a fast-growing part of the business and saw it as an opportunity to make a difference.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  The best thing is the opportunities that boohoo offer. Travel and the chance for growth are something that really stand out.

• How would you describe the culture?

  It’s like one big family.

• What do you get up to in your role?

  We are working with over 1000 suppliers and 1000’s of factories, reviewing factories and the supply chain to ensure suppliers are performing ethically. The number of factories we have is different to anywhere I’ve worked before.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  I have only been here seven months but have learnt so much already. The ways of working and the fast pace of the business has taught me so much.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Declaring the UK supply chain was a big achievement for the whole team. And now we are working towards declaring our global supply chain which is really exciting and challenging.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Being able to make fast informed decisions and being adaptable to whatever challenges come your way.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  So many different brands and so many different styles mean nothing is ever the same and there is always something new to learn.
