• Why did you apply to work for us?

  I liked the idea of working for a big company such as boohoo which has capacity and room for me to grow within the business. Progressing within a company and having the opportunity to learn about different aspects of the business is something I had always wanted to do.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  The people I work with are really supportive and push me to be the best version of myself.

• How would you describe the culture?

  Hard working and family orientated.

• What do you get up to in your role?

  My role is really varied so I can be creative and steer my role in the correct direction most suitable for our employees to ensure they are engaged to the best of my ability. No two days are ever the same.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  Although I have only worked for the company for a couple of months, I have a lot more responsibility within my role and can progress within the company via further learning opportunities.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  My biggest achievement would be completing a successful sample sale in my first month of working for the organisation.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Someone who is hard working, willing to go the extra mile, and someone who brings a smile and positive attitude with them to work each day.
