• Why did you apply to work for us?

  Unfortunately, due to a site closure in my last job I was made redundant but wanted to continue with my warehousing journey.

• What’s the best thing about working for us?

  It's a very friendly atmosphere. We are very well looked after by management, HR and other colleagues.

• How would you describe the culture?

  It's always very interesting working alongside people from many different walks of life.

• What do you get up to in your role?

  As it is a new site and I have been here from the beginning, I feel like I am always learning something new, which I love.

• How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

  In my previous job I was a Despatch Supervisor. I worked very hard to gain this role and I would love to progress here also.

• What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

  Receiving a boohoo Star of the Month award. Also a voucher of thanks due to packing over 2000 units in a shift, which hadn't been done before.

• What makes someone successful here?

  Obviously hard work, but also caring about your work and your role within the company.

• What do you think makes us unique as an employer?

  We have very approachable management who always have time for you and staff are looked after well especially through very busy periods when it's easy to be forgotten about.
