Why did you apply to work for us?

I was currently on a fixed term contract and wanted a permanent role.

How would you describe the culture?

Promotes diversity in a team and encourages individuals to be themselves and a great ‘just do it’ attitude, a great ambassador of celebrating success.
What do you get up to in your role?

The difference I have noticed in a very short space of time is the openness of others to help and share knowledge.
How has your career developed since you’ve worked here?

This is only my second week here at boohoo and feel I am already actively inputting into the Business Analyst community of practise by adapting our ways of working and standardising our approach and artefacts.
What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

I haven’t achieved a proudest moment as yet with only being at boohoo for two weeks, but what I have felt proud of is that the warm and welcoming approach is cascaded down from the senior management (new starter introductions at the weekly team stand ups).
What makes someone successful here?

I would say a passion to succeed and grow within themselves.
