The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be accountable for the performance of the Affiliate marketing channel for Karen Millen in the UK, IE, US, and AUS. They will deliver best in class executions across the entire affiliate and partnerships landscape that deliver incremental customer performance and profitability.

What you will be doing

  • Day to day management of our affiliate programme that includes accurate campaign executions, placement and tenancy package reviews, new partnership reviews and on-going performance reviews to ensure that investment is delivering the required results.
  • Providing weekly reporting to internal stakeholders that delivers clear insights on what we did, what we expected to see, what we actually saw and what we’d do differently next time.
  • Continually pitching new opportunities to internal stakeholders that have the potential to drive incremental performance for both new, existing, and lapsed customers
  • Quarterly planning with key partners/ networks to keep the strategy focused and refreshed
  • Work closely with the trade team to plan and manage the Affiliate promotions schedule – strategizing promotional offers based on business and profit performance
  • Test and trial tactics – Review of new affiliates or new technologies and identify those which are fitting to grow the affiliate programmes
  • Lead commercial negotiations with new and existing partners, working with procurement and the wider group where needed
  • Manage the mid to long term strategic roadmap for Affiliate and Partnership marketing that has buy in and support from senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of commission claims through monthly validations.
  • Working within a team of channel leads to deliver best in class digital marketing at a global scale.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders in the PR and Brand team to deliver a joined-up approach to influencer marketing.

About you

  • Experience in a similar role for a fashion/apparel retailer or commercial business that covers a broad range of experience (i.e. Content, Loyalty, Influencers, Cashback, CLO and Coupons).
  • An understanding of how to measure the incremental impact of Affiliate Marketing activity.
  • Experience of US Affiliate management would be advantageous.
  • Excellent multi-tasker who takes pride in accuracy and delivering strong results.
  • Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
  • Creative flair and confidence with a positive attitude.
  • A keen eye for an opportunity, with a natural commercial curiosity.
