We are looking for someone who strives in a fast pace environment. Ideally the right candidate would have a strong interest in social media and influencer marketing whilst looking at culturally relevant influencers, events and brands across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitch and Youtube.

We are boohooMAN. Our menswear collections and ground-breaking campaigns have taken the market by storm. We want to be the world’s number one streetwear brand, and our affordable and accessible looks have allowed us to push boundaries and bring the latest styles to life.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible to heading up and being the go to person for their large roster of talent.
  • Responsible for all PO’s, orders and posts for their roster
  • Weekly reporting across various platforms and monitoring performance across Instagram, Youtube, Twitch and Tik Tok.
  • Sourcing and recruiting new influencers and on boarding them to the boohooMAN team.
  • Working alongside the wider marketing team to bring to life key objectives and goals within influencer marketing.
  • Oversee celebrity attendance of UK activations (trips, concerts, festivals etc)
  • Influencer marketing developments (keeping up to date with any industry changes, new developments and feeding back to the team)
  • Managing external Influencer reporting tools ie. Dash Hudson, IMAI and Branch analytics
  • Assist in wider team send out’s to support upcoming campaigns
  • Management of all influencer/ supplier PO’s and budget tracking.
  • Ownership of the influencer calendar from a fashion campaign perspective.
  • Feeding back to the wider team on content that has come through to be utilised across other marketing channels.

More about you

  • Previous experience working in an Influencer Marketing role
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Knowledge of influencer market and potential brand contacts
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to act with pace amongst a large team
  • Extremely well organised with the ability to juggle multiple streams of work
  • Confident in reporting at a top line level
  • Experience working with fashion creators
