The role

We’re looking for a talented Senior CRM Campaign Executive to join the CRM Marketing team at To be considered for this role you’ll need to have 3-5 years’ experience within a CRM or email marketing team. We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, who is up to date with customer trends and behaviours, technically minded and can think outside the box.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and support high level customer communication strategy, across all territories and all channels
  • Support end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, including planning, briefing, implementation, and post campaign analysis
  • Ownership of campaign multivariate testing with a specific focus on behavioural campaigns whilst managing the upkeep of all behavioural campaigns
  • Weekly reporting on CRM performance and sharing / presenting this to the wider business.
  • Work with customer insight and other internal key stakeholders helping to refine customer segmentation, strategy and key areas of opportunity for the team
  • Manage key business relationships, where applicable, with external suppliers
  • Support key stakeholders included the CRM manager on key projects or areas

More about you

  • 3+ years in a similar role, working as a CRM Executive or Senior
  • Excellent commercial understanding
  • Experience of analysing and interpreting data
  • Experience working with Exponea or enterprise level ESP
  • Strong knowledge of customer behavioural campaigns
  • A good understanding of excel and Microsoft office
